Low Fat Protein Recipes - Pineapple Coconut Frappe - Caribbean

Makes 2 servings, about 1 cup each

Ingredients :

1 1/2 cups chopped pineapple
1 cup low-fat milk
1/3 cup "lite" coconut milk
10 ice cubes

Method :

- Blend pineapple, milk, coconut milk and ice cubes in a blender until frothy.
