TOMATO CHEESE MELT

Yield: 2 servings

INGREDIENTS

2 slices whole-wheat bread
2 tablespoons shredded reduced-fat cheddar cheese
1 small tomato, sliced

DIRECTIONS

Sprinkle cheese on bread slices. Top with tomato slices and place in toaster oven or under boiler for 2-3 minutes or until cheese melts. Serve with smoothie.
