Healthy Cooking Recipes - Cupboard Black Beans - Caribbean

Cupboard Black Beans - Caribbean - 0 pts, 10g carbs, 4g fiber

Ingredients :

1 Can (16 ounces) black beans, drained and rinsed
1/2 Cup spicy tomato juice
2 Tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
1 Tablespoon green pepper flakes
1 Tablespoon dried minced onion
1/2 Teaspoon dried minced garlic

Direction :

1. In small saucepan over medium heat, combine beans, reserved tomato juice, cilantro, green pepper flakes, onion and garlic.

2. Cook 10 minutes or until heated throughout.
