Ingredients :
1/2 cup cold water
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/3 cup brown sugar
1 clove garlic, minced
2 Tbsp cornstarch
Method :
1. In a small saucepan, mix water, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic and cornstarch together with a wire whisk.
2. Stir constantly over medium-high heat until thick and bubbly. Also add some powdered ginger.
