Low Fat Parmesan Cheese Baked Chicken

Ingredients :

4 chicken breasts
1 cup eggbeaters or 4 eggs
1 cup grated lowfat parmesan cheese

Method :

1. Dip chicken breasts in eggs/eggbeaters

2. Then dip chicken breasts in parmesan cheese

3. Place on cookie sheet sprayed with Pam

4. Bake in oven at 425 degrees til cooked, about 30-40 minutes.
