Lower Fat Flaxseed Crackers

Ingredients :

1 cup whole Flaxseeds, soaked overnight in 1 cup water
2 cups cooked Brown Rice
1 cup cooked Beans
1 medium Onion, roughly chopped
1 clove of Garlic or 1 tsp. Garlic Powder
1 tsp. Salt
Enough water to get the Vita-Mix going and so that it will spread out thinly on the sheet pan.
Blend until mostly pureed

Method :

1. Spread out thinly on a sheet pan lined with a Silpat or parchment paper.

2. Baked at 225-degrees F overnight.
