Ingredients :

2  cups  fresh Cilantro Leaves -- tightly packed
1 1/2 cups  fresh Mint Leaves -- tightly packed
1/2 cup  fresh Basil Leaves -- tightly packed
2 medium  Jalapeno Peppers -- minced
1 1/2  tablespoons  Fresh Ginger root -- minced
1/4  cup  fresh Lemon Juice
1 cup  plain fat-free Yogurt -- Greek-style preferred
3/4   teaspoon  Sea Salt

Directions :

1. Puree all ingredients in a food processor or blender until smooth.

2. Goes with anything grilled, roasted [favorites]  or steamed vegetables. Also great as a dip or a sandwich spread.
