Angel Eggs

Ingredients :

3 Medium Potatoes, Boiled
6 Eggs, boiled
1/2 c. Kraft Miracle Whip Nonfat Dressing
1 t. Mustard
1 tsp. Dijon Mustard
1 tsp. Sweet Pickle Juice
Paprika

Method :

1. Peel and boil potatoes until done.
2. Mash potatoes to a very fine consistency when cool and add nonfat Miracle Whip, mustards,  and pickle juice.
3. Mix well, and set aside.
4. Peel boiled eggs.
5. Cut in half, discard yolks and fill with potato mixture.
6. Sprinkle with paprika.

Serves 6.
