Ingredients :
7 Small Flour Or Corn Tortillas
1 Tablespoon Sugar
1/2 Tablespoon Cinnamon
Preparation Method :
1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
2. Cut each tortilla into six wedges with knife.
3. Mix cinnamon and sugar.
4. Brush wedges with water and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
5. Bake about 10 minutes or until crisp.
Makes 42 chips.
